Once a top-up is successfully processed and delivered to a phone number, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check the phone number and amount before confirming.
Fahana top-ups are delivered instantly and directly. Once you confirm your payment, the credit is automatically added to the selected phone number within a few seconds. Both the sender and the recipient will receive a confirmation message once the top-up is successfully completed.
If an incorrect phone number is entered, the top-up will be delivered to that number. Unfortunately, once the recharge is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Please make sure the phone number is correct before confirming the payment.
If your payment was successfully deducted but the top-up was not credited to the destination number, please contact the customer support of the mobile operator. If the operator is unable to resolve the issue, our Fahana support team will take over your request and assist you further.
If you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact Fahana support immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, report it to the relevant authorities and the bank. To protect our users, accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be temporarily blocked or permanently suspended.
